1. Eligibility:

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your engagement with us.

2. Confidentiality:

We maintain the confidentiality of your data and sessions. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and your information will never be shared without your explicit consent.

3. Service Scope

  • Matchmaking: We offer curated, compatibility-based introductions. We do not guarantee the outcome of any relationship.

  • Astrology: Services are consultative and meant to offer guidance based on astrological insights.

  • Trust Talks: These are supportive conversations—not therapy or medical consultations—and should not replace professional mental health care.

4. Payment Terms:

All services must be paid for in advance. Package details and prices are clearly listed on respective service pages. Payments are non-refundable once a session is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in session forfeiture without refund.

6. Communication:

All official communication will be conducted via email or the phone number you provide. You’re responsible for checking and responding to updates promptly.

7. Code of Conduct:

We expect all clients to engage respectfully with our team and adhere to professional conduct during all interactions. TLC reserves the right to discontinue services if this code is breached.

8. Limitation of Liability:

TLC provides services in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our services.

9. Policy Updates:

TLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services implies agreement with the revised terms.
